Industry Recognition for Philips North America
Philips won the Call Center Excellence Award North America, ranking Philips as one of the top 5 companies in the country best in consumer feedback. The award, sponsored by IQPC (International Quality and Productivity Center), is a result of upon consumer satisfaction survey scores and a strong NPS management program implemented since 2008. There were over 140 entrants from various industries for this year's edition such as Discover, ING Direct USA, CIGNA, and CareSource. A great achievement for USA CC team.
